The Assignment
The team has been assigned to write a group paper about measuring
customer satisfaction. Based on an earlier conversation, they have decided
to split the assignment thusly:
- Jim will research the issue and gather materials
- Rollin and Barney will write the draft of the paper, which
the group will review and finalize.
- Cinnamon will prepare the final version of the paper, including
creating several required charts and the bibliography.
So to begin, Jim spends some time on Galileo and surfing
the web.
